The maternity workwear dilemma
Shockingly this is the reality for a lot of pregnant women working in heavy duty or industrial roles. As the months progress and their baby bumps grow, working women that aren’t provided with maternity workwear options are having to choose between over-sized men’s cargos or jeans to wear on site. It’s a dilemma alright.
Workwear that inspires confidence during pregnancy
With everything going on internally and externally during this time of growth, we know how important it is to have some things remain the same, like comfortable and fitting clothes. When designing our next generation maternity workwear range, we considered how women would feel in our garments, not just look
Learning to fly with Grace: breaking barriers for women in rural areas
Women are underrepresented in aviation. Rural challenges are distance, limited child-care and an improving (but still not adequate) female representation in aviation. Learning to fly is hard enough, but women in rural areas don't have the option of choice with the distance and may prefer a female instructor, who are few and far between.

Women in Aviation – The Australian Chapter: Diversifying the Aviation industry, one woman at a time
Co Gear collaborated with the team at WAI - The Australian Chapter, to create an inclusive workwear package which included 2 pairs of cargo work pants or a maternity kit for a pregnant applicant. Women everywhere found these cargos to be a success and they grew quite the following.
Relocating for work: the pros and cons you need to consider
“I moved to Townsville by myself, relocating from Toowomba to work for BHP. In hindsight it was the best thing I’ve done and I wouldn’t change it for anything. It helped me become more social when it came to work and the new friends I made, became family. Some great advantages was that it was easy to save money living remotely and I became a part of the small communities I lived in”
