Last week, our very own Kym O’Leary had the pleasure of presenting a WAI scholarship award to one very deserving winner, Grace W from NSW. Co Gear collaborated with the team at WAI - The Australian Chapter, to create an inclusive workwear package which included 2 pairs of cargo work pants or a maternity kit for a pregnant applicant. For those who haven’t heard us speak their praises, WAI are a volunteer community that empower and support women with career goals in the Aviation industry. To announce the scholarship winners, a Zoom presentation was held in true 2020 style, an event Kym was honored to take part in.
