SHIPPING

Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 within Australia. For orders under $50, we offer a flat shipping rate of $9.95.

Express Shipping: Need your items in a hurry? No problem. You can opt for Express Shipping at a flat rate during checkout.

Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed by our warehouse. Our warehouse is based in Queensland and observes all state and national public holidays. 

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail including the tracking details of your parcel.

Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons.

Domestic Delivery

Standard post: 5 - 10 business days

Express post*: 1 - 3 business days within express post zones

International Delivery

We are very happy to ship internationally from our Australian headquarters. The following countries can be selected at the checkout: New Zealand, USA, Canada & UK.  For other destinations please contact us to confirm shipping is available. 

International shipping is $30 for orders over $200.

For orders under $200:
USA, Canada & United Kingdom: $50
New Zealand: $30 

Delivery times will depend on location.

Online Cancellations & Order Amendments

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Changes to colours and sizes
  • Adding or removing items
  • Applying discounts
  • Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Return Policy

We understand that it can be difficult to select the right size when shopping online. We do offer refunds if you wish to exchange any product within 30 days of your receipt of your purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;
  • The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact.

If these requirements are not satisfied COgear reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund.

Please note that return shipping is at your cost for any exchange. We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive the returned products, we will exchange (subject to stock availability) or provide a refund (less shipping fees) to your original method of payment in accordance with your request. Please allow 14 days for the administration and processing of a refund.

Sale Items

Please note we do not accept any returns for change of mind on style, or size exchanges on sale items.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If in the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit or defective, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.  To resolve as quickly as possible, please email us at info@cogear.com.au and provide a photo for review. 

PRE-ORDERS

Occasionally some items will be made available for sale on our website as a Pre-Order.

This means that the stock hasn't arrived to us yet, but we are offering it for presale, to allow you to secure the stock.

These items will be marked as Pre-Order, with an estimated date for arrival listed in the item description. The timeframe provided is when it arrives in our warehouse. The order will be shipped after this date.

We will be sure to notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

If you order another style that is in stock it will be shipped separately as soon as possible. 

Standard return & exchange policies apply to all pre-orders.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be physical gift cards or e-gift cards that are sent in an email. They are not redeemable for cash or travellers’ cheques. No change will be given for a purchase made with a gift card.

The gift card expires three years from the date of issue (or date of purchase for e-gift cards).

Gift cards are partially redeemable and it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the valid period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the card expires.

When the cost of a purchase exceeds the available card balance, the cardholder will be required to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment. Please note, gift cards are unavailable for use for online orders processed with Afterpay or PayPal.

If any product purchased with a gift card is returned for a refund, the refund amount will be automatically credited to the original gift card.

COgear disclaims all responsibility for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable.
